BMW Northwest

The BMW Small Business Fleet Program is designed to make it easier for eligible small business owners to take advantage of BMW Corporate Fleet incentives — even when the business only needs one vehicle.

Whether you are replacing a current business vehicle, adding another vehicle to your company, or simply exploring whether your next BMW could qualify for business-use incentives, BMW Northwest can help determine if the fleet incentive is right for you.

More BMW. More Possibility for Your Business.

WHAT ARE THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS?

While every transaction must be verified individually, the program generally requires:

•    The BMW will be used for business purposes.

•    The business is registered in the same state as the BMW dealership vehicle is being purchased/leased at. No out-of-state or long-distance transactions.

•    The vehicle will be titled and registered in the business or company name.

•    The business meets BMW’s current Small Business Fleet eligibility requirements.

•    The business can provide the required company information and proof of qualifying business/fleet vehicle registrations.

Your BMW Northwest team will review these requirements with you before finalizing the transaction.

DO I NEED TO OPERATE A LARGE FLEET?

No.

BMW’s current small business fleet program does not specify a minimum company size based on number of employees or business revenue.

The program is intended for eligible business customers who meet BMW’s current fleet and documentation requirements.

You do not need to purchase a large number of vehicles at once to participate.

HOW MANY VEHICLES CAN I PURCHASE OR LEASE?

Eligible small business customers may purchase or lease between 1 and 4 qualifying BMW vehicles under the Small Business Fleet Program.

If your business needs 5 or more vehicles, BMW Northwest can help connect you with BMW’s standard Corporate Fleet Program.

HOW DOES THE SMALL BUSINESS FLEET INCENTIVE WORK?

Small business fleet incentives vary depending on the BMW model and model year.

When applicable, the small business fleet program incentive is applied directly as a reduction in the vehicle’s selling price. It is not a rebate that you receive later.

Your BMW Northwest Client Advisor can review the current incentive available for the BMW you are considering.

Program incentives and eligibility can change, so all offers are verified using the current BMW program guidelines at the time of your transaction.

WHAT INFORMATION WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE?

Depending on the transaction, you may be asked to provide:

• Business or company information
• Vehicle registration information
• Proof of qualifying business/fleet registrations
• Information needed to verify the vehicle and transaction
• Any additional documentation required by the current BMW program

Once the required information is collected, BMW Northwest submits the Type H request to BMW for review and approval.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

Once BMW Northwest submits a complete Small Business Fleet request, BMW’s Corporate Fleet team generally reviews the submission within one business day.

Your Client Advisor will keep you updated throughout the process.

CAN SMALL BUSINESS FLEET PROGRAM INCENTIVES BE COMBINED WITH OTHER BMW OFFERS?

Not necessarily.

Small Business Fleet Program is a BMW Corporate Fleet incentive program and may not be combined with certain other BMW programs, credits or promotional offers.

BMW Northwest will compare the programs currently available and explain which incentives apply to your specific vehicle and transaction.
