Visiting our Service Center
BMW Northwest is located at 4011 20th Street East in Tacoma, WA, just off Highway 5. Our service center is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm for your convenience. To access the Service Department, follow the white arrows around to the front of the dealership, pull into the service drive, and one of our Service Porters will assist you with check-in.
Same Day Maintenance
Same day appointments now are available! If you're looking for fast, hassle-free service for your BMW, simply stop by Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 2:00pm. One of our experienced Service Advisors will be ready to assist you.

Scheduling Options
The easiest way to schedule an appointment is by calling our Service Department directly at 253-922-9330. One of our friendly Service Representatives will be happy to assist you.
You may also request an appointment through our Online Scheduler. Once submitted, one of our Service Representatives will contact you to secure an appointment.
Transportation Options
Waiting appointment 2-3 hours: Our customers often choose to relax in our comfortable waiting area during appointments that take around 2 to 3 hours. You're welcome to stay as long as you'd like. Enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV - all designed to make your wait as pleasant and convenient as possible.
Drop Off: You're also welcome to drop off your vehicle for any service or repairs. For routine maintenance, please plan for us to have your vehicle for approximately half a day.
Shuttle Service: Our Shuttle Service is available Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. One of our shuttle drivers will take you anywhere within a 15-mile radius - and will gladly pick you up when you're ready to return or when your vehicle is ready.
Courtesy Vehicle: Courtesy Vehicles are available for appointments that require a full day or more and must be scheduled in advance. Depending on availability, our courtesy vehicle may be a BMW or a rental from Enterprise. Please contact our Service Department to find out if you qualify.
