Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer alternate transportation?

Yes, vehicles that are seven years old or newer and require a full-day service, diagnosis, or repair appointment may qualify for a loaner vehicle. Drivers must be at least 21 years old and carry full coverage insurance. Please call us for more information.

What is your loaner vehicle policy?

Customers must be at least 21 years old and the registered owner of the vehicle. Please bring your driver’s license, proof of valid full coverage insurance, and a credit or debit card to keep on file. 100-mile per day limit applies; customers exceeding this limit will be charged $.50 cents per mile. No pets or smoking are allowed in our loaner vehicles. Please call us for more information.

What if my vehicle doesn't qualify for a loaner?

If your vehicle does not qualify for a loner, we can offer you a discounted Enterprise rental while your service or repairs are being completed. Please contact us for more details.

Can I wait for services and repairs to be completed?

Yes, customers are welcome to wait in our lounge for appointments lasting three hours or less.

Do you offer Rideshare?

Yes, we offer Lyft transportation to and from the dealership upon request. This service is available within a 15-mile radius of our location. Please note that wait times may vary depending on the type of service your vehicle requires.

What is the best way to schedule an appointment?

Calling in to speak with one of our representatives is the best way to schedule your appointment and ensure your needs are fully met. If you choose to schedule online, you can expect a follow-up call within 24 hours to confirm that we can accommodate your request.

How do I night drop my vehicle?

After hours, vehicles must be parked outside our gated lot. A night drop envelope is available near the gate. Please complete the form in full, place your key inside the envelope, and drop it in our secure drop box.

How long does maintenance take?

For basic maintenance services-such oil changes, brake fluid service, filter replacements, and spark plug replacement-customers can expect a wait time of approximately 2-3 hours, depending on the number of services requested. Your chosen transportation arrangement may also affect how long we keep your vehicle.

How often do I schedule maintenace?

Vehicles manufactured in 2001 or later are equipped with condition-based service intervals. This means service needs may vary depending on driving habits, and some vehicles may require maintenance sooner or later than others. Most models require a routine oil service once a year or every 10,000 miles. It's important for drivers to monitor their Service Indicator Lights or Service Interval System to determine when it's time to schedule service.

What if my "Service Engine Soon" light turns on?

For some models, this may appear as the vehicle's check engine light. We recommend scheduling an appointment to properly diagnose and determine the cause of the issue.
